Food and drinks
Start your visit to the 9/11 Memorial Museum with a self-guided tour of the exhibitions and multimedia displays. The museum itself is located below the 9/11 Memorial, the reflecting pools that are the footprints of the Twin Towers that fell due to the devastating terrorist attack in 2001.

With your timed admission, you have guaranteed entry to stay for as long as you want. It is suggested that you take at least two hours to wander the museum. This admission saves you time by giving you direct entry into the center with your mobile device.

The museum also includes a pair of main exhibits: a memorial exhibition called In Memoriam, in honor of the people who lost their lives that day in 2001 as well as the people who were killed during the World Trade Center 1993 bombing. The second exhibition is September 11, 2001, a three-part exhibition that tells the tale of the day and analyzes motives for the attacks. It also shows the aftereffects of the attack and how the event changed the world, both locally and globally.

This museum experience brings out the emotions in the guests who visit. Get ready to hear the stories of loss and sadness, of compassion and recovery, as you explore the space.

Incredible way to remember the fallen. Comprehensive view of the events, personalized with sound bytes as the events transpired.

For those of us that remember that day it was a reminder of just how terrible that day was for all of the life’s lost and the love ones that remain. The exhibits were fantastic and the over all design and building layout was so impressive. As an architect I can appreciate the challenges. A beautiful memorial.

Everyone should go to the museum. Very moving. I was moved by the families bringing their small children who had not even been born on 911. The kids were so focused.

Plan to spend at least 3 hours there. We underestimated and almost missed our return flight home. Beautiful tribute to those that sacrificed and tragically lost their lives on that day.

I am a Grandmother and wanted to share the 911 museum with my grandson who was born on the 7th four days before tragic fall of the towers. I looked over your website for any information that stated if you were NOT vaccinated the 911 memorial and museum would deny you entrance. I am vaccinated my grandson is not. We were denied entering the 911 museum for which we bought tickets from you. We both had our mask on yet still no entrance if NOT vaccinated! If feel rip off….

The most moving exhibition to me 9/23/21 was the sensitive treatment of the canine officers. Very moving stories. Pictures and family stories of the victims was very well researched and presented.

It was a very moving exhibit. We were reminded of our own experiences on that day. My daughter was very young on 9/11, but she remembers and shared her memories as well.

The videos of the planes striking the WTC towers had me reliving the events of that day. The memorial art wall recalling the color of the sky that day was especially moving

We were denied access after a $78 purchase of tickets because we didn’t have ID and vaccination cards. My son is 15 and his only ID is a US Passport. Really? Need a refund of our charges.
