Admire the nocturnal nature of the city’s cultural hub, where enchanting nightlife mingles with what lurks in the shadows.

Enjoy a stop at one of the city's legendary haunted bars, where you can indulge in a drink or two (at your own expense) in the company of fellow travelers and supernatural buffs.

Between stops, hear other creepy stories that have appeared on the History Channel and Discovery Channel. By the end of this chilling tour, understand why New Orleans is often called the most haunted city in America.

Your tour returns to the starting point in the French Quarter.

Too many woke comments. My family never owned or participated in slavery. I am not one of “the stupid white people”. In fact I paid $50 for me and my wife to go on the tour. Don’t attack or insult us.

Informative and fun tour

We are not “believers” but wanted to learn a bit more about the history of the city. Our guide was fantastic! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and learned quite a bit! I even got a few chills with some of the stories. Even without the ghosts...they are horrific! It’s a great way to see some parts of the French quarter that you would not normally visit. Highly recommend!

Worth Booking!

The stories were engaging, exciting, funny, a little gory, and creepy. We learned some history of the city alongside some wild stories. Absolutely worth scheduling! Not too much walking (5 min between stops), and you get a break halfway through to grab a drink. Bringing drinks is encouraged too! Awesome tour!

Very informative and tour guide James was very entertaining and knowledgeable. My teenage boys and I all enjoyed it thoroughly. Was more of a history tour than ghost tour, but would recommend.

Good but crowded

Overall it was good, our tour guide was pretty funny. It was a little difficult due to how big the group was to fit on the sidewalk. Which made it a little stressful on our guide. Smaller groups would have improved our experience.

Wish I hadn’t wasted my money

There was nothing ghostly about the your. The tour guide would start talking before the entire group was together. His words were slurred as if he was drunk. I was less than impressed and wish I hadn’t wasted my money on it.

Thank you for your review. Each tour guide has his or her own way of presenting the tour. However, I do take issue with your comment about there being 'nothing ghostly'. The Haunted History Ghost Tour receives rave reviews on a regular basis regarding the ghost stories as well as the presentation. I do apologize if your guide started talking before the group was all together. I'm sure he would have filled you in on anything you may have missed if it was important info regarding a story. However, I can guarantee you that your guide was NOT drunk. Perhaps he simply had a different speech delivery than what you may be used to. I am sorry that you feel that your money went to waste. SO...If you will be kind enough to contact me directly, I will be kind enough to send you a complimentary copy of our best selling book, 'New Orleans Ghosts, Voodoo, & Vampires.' The book is packed with all the ghost stories that you claim to have missed while in the tour.
