Matt was great

Matt was very knowledgeable and friendly. Patiently found swamp natives for us to see. Loved how his whistle and marshmallows brought them close to us
Worth it!

We had a wonderful drive her to the event who was a World War II vet and lives Underwater and showed us a great deal about the destruction that happened with Katrina and talk to us about shrimping and crawfishing and had various stories about New Orleans on the way there that were very interesting. Our captain and the Honey Island tour was a young man who was very knowledgeable with every question asked in friendly and we thought that it was a fine tour as advertised
High Value Tour

The education started with the van driver telling us all about the Katrina damage we were seeing and continued with the boat captain who was extremely knowledgeable about the swamp. Highly recommend!

Great Captain! Very knowledgeable!!! The weather was unpredictable and we were caught out in the rain... But we had so much laughter and an experience of a lifetime!

This was an awesome experience for our family. We were picked up in New Orleans and taken to the swamp and the driver told us a lot of great information on the way about New Orleans. The swamp tour was great. We saw many alligators and different birds.

I truly enjoyed every minute of this tour. The swamps are beautiful, and I was fortunate enough to have been able to see some wildlife, I highly recommend.
Nice tour of the swamp

We loved our driver and all the NOLA history he provided us on the 45 minute trip out to Honey Island. We also enjoyed the swamp tour and saw a lot of wildlife (snakes, birds, raccoons and alligators). Like most wildlife tours, some animals are coaxed out with food. The raccoons and alligators came out to enjoy some marshmallows. Hopefully, they don't develop diabetes in the process. It was still nice to see them up close and personal in the wild. Definitely a good tour to take before the humans start encroaching on the swamp area and take all the natural habitat away from the wildlife in the area.
Thumbs up!

A New Orleans trip must see!!!
, May 2021
this was an amazing tour and one of the highlights of our recent trip to New Orleans! Our boat captain was informative, entertaining, and went out of his way to make sure we saw all of the wildlife! Saw 8-10 alligators, wild boar, racoons, snakes, birds, and fish all while getting a tour of the picturesque swamp with a narration of historical and geographical information. Our captain made sure that both sides of the boat got up close and personal views and pictures!
