terrible experience. they changed us from the afternoon to morning trip without properly notifying us, thy claimed to have tried to phone me but i got no missed call so we had a wasted trip. Then the next day they put us on the morning trip to make up for it but that wasn;t actually a fishing trip, not fishing was offered. we had instead been joined with another trip. I booked the trip to fish so was not pleased

Hello, We are very surprised to read that due to the fact that you enjoyed this trip for real on the boat. We changed the times and informed you 1 day prior because of safety and security and high waves due to which all sailing, boats and vessels were banned to go out of port on that day. In the next day you were offered 4 times fishing rods from the staff and you rejected these. The you requested refund for the change of the day and the taxi you used to come from Sunny beach as you did not listen to our advise to take the local bus for less than 1 EUR per person and you were overcharged for a taxi which you organized yourself. Sorry but that's not the way for all that we did for you, all of us and also that you were upgraded to another boat which is more spacious on that day! That's not a private trip, that's a shared activity and it's neatly described as such! Regards, Hristo
