Just make sure you call 24 hours before your pickup and they’ll be there, waiting even after our flight was delayed. Our driver was pleasant, and the mini bus was not full. It was perfect.

In the other direction, despite the confirmation of the date, including the date of the earlier departure (through the fault of the airline), nobody appeared either at the changed time or originally planned. in addition, you can not get through - e-mails do not know. bad company. I will ask you for a refund immediately

After booking the transportation, the email confirmation said your supposed to call to confirm 24 hours before the pickup or they may not pick you up. Doing so and being long distance I had to call 3 different times after being transferred to various people, then being put on hold for long periods of time. My phone bill went up 20, due to this calling that I feel shouldn't be necessary anyway. I had paid for the transportation 3 weeks before. If I didn't show up, they had my money. No complaints about the drivers, and they were timely.

Excellent service. They have their own staff of cars waiting at the airport and had their own stand at the hotel for our departure. No waiting at all. Courteous and friendly drivers. Definitely recommended.

The website said it would be an SUV picking us up at the airport. There was no communication telling me where to go to find the transportation. When I arrived, no one was expecting us. It happened to be the same weekend Steve Harvey had his shindig at the Atlantis, so they used a bus to take us to Harborside after I found the company outside the airport. The same for the return trip--a bus instead of an SUV. They didn't cause us any delays, but it was not as advertised.
