This activity will end right where it started.
Arrange for a pick-up or make your way to the Paradise Island Ferry Terminal to catch your boat to Rose Island.

Climb aboard while finding the perfect spot on board to watch the shoreline of Nassau recede as you sail away.

Upon arrival at Rose Island, choose from an array of activities. Simply find a sunny or shady place on the pristine beach to relax and read a book or take a nap. Sidle up to the beach bar and indulge in a drink or two while listening to some island rhythms (own expense). Don snorkel gear and take to the sea to explore the underwater world bustling with living coral and schools of brilliantly colored tropical fish. Stroll down the island's winding paths and wade in the tidal pools.

Your guide organizes group activities like beach volleyball and dizzy lizard, or you can rent a float or kayak. Sign up for a guided snorkeling tour or watch a fish-feeding show. All additional activities are at your own expense.

Sit down for a buffet lunch on the pavilion overlooking the gorgeous harbor. See a sample buffet lunch menu in the Itinerary section. Savor the local flavors, accompanied by complimentary lemonade and a fully stocked cash bar. Then, stretch out in a hammock under a palm tree or lounge on the palm-shaded deck.

At the end of your remote tropical island adventure, enjoy the cruise back to Nassau.

Sandy Toes was such a fun day! They boat you over to Rose Island which is about 30 minutes from Paradise Island and you spend the day. We hung out with the pigs, they have tons of chickens and peacocks running around, we kayaked, snorkeled and used the tubes. You have your own beach with this tour too which is stunning. The provide chairs and a few umbrellas so try to grab some shade if your going on hot day. The open bar is a great inclusion of this trip and the bartenders were so fun! They have about 5-6 options included with the package and then you can request anything else for charge. They have hammocks spread out through the forested area if you want some privacy. And the lunch was incredible!! What really made this day amazing for us were the employees. They had such a great sense of humor and were so helpful the entire day. Highly recommend sandy toes.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and they really want you to have a good time. They work very hard to make it so. Loved the swimming pigs. The reef is very nice.

Just Do It!

Big fun! A long line of (mostly American) tourists line up to checkin, sign a waiver, then line up again to board the boat. 30min cruise to the island where you have access to all amenities—if snorkeling then you must do this first or miss the opportunity. It was a quick there-and-back & the guides dove down to collect sea critters to show us and encourage us to hold (e.g. sea urchin, sea cucumber, conch in shell) and pointed out others underwater (e.g. stingrays and turtles). Return to the island to an open bar (bottom shelf included, premium at a cost) and relax on the beach/hammocks/chairs provided. Lunch is served at 1p, buffet style. Must wear a mask. The adult pigs (I believe two large and 3 micro) are available at 30min intervals to pet & photograph. Shout out to Captain Will, Snorkel Steven, and handsome Kode for making this beach day extra fun! We departed on time and returned a bit early at 3:40p. I chose this specifically based on cost and availability as other piggy adventures were pricey and farther away (departs & returns to/from Paradise Island, Nassau)—the pigs were adults and still just as cute but I imagine actual piglets are a vibe as well.

Wonderful experience a must do if you are staying in Nassau / Paradise island. Service is excellent a contrast with the poor service elsewhere around.

A nice day on a sunny beach

Short boat ride to a small island, nice weather. Went snorkeling, though the life vest around the waist is excessive safety for those that swim well, and snorkel regularly, the buoyant of us can’t get the fins in the water with the vests around our waists. The lead crew member chums the water with breadsticks to get the fish to appear. Snorkeling is pretty good. They had a bar just off the beach with a decent variety of drinks. The sand was soft, though there is rock exposed here and there on the beach. Shade, chairs and hammocks are all there for your relaxing needs. The pigs are much larger than expected, guessing 600 lbs each. You can pet them, feed them and even swim with them. The pigs are really only interested in the food, but are fun to watch and hang out with.
