Sightseeing mansion tours only got to see Belle Meade Mansion

Due to Covid we were not able to use our sightseeing hop on hop off pass nor any of the other mansions we were told we could visit such as Belmont. They were not participating in the aviator passes. We did get partial refund for bus tour which was awesome and why we may use visitor in future assuming they let us reschedule completion of mansion tour since some were not participating or closed for covid.

I brought 2 tickets while we where in Nashville inviting my husband, that’s in military and is getting ready to leave to Korea for 9 months. I ask the sales person twice of the tour was open due to the virus, she told yes . We drove an hour away just to find out that it close . Misleading information.

Good value. A bit confusing

Value purchase. Good selection of attractions, 7 out of 20 plus the hop on hop off. I would give it 5 except for misconception that 1st stop should be Hermitage and that hop on was available there. It’s not. Hermitage is quite far out of town. Not a problem. Uber. Other minor issue. Some attraction people weren’t sure what to do with the “voucher”. But southerners are the best. Would always accommodate us and take the time to figure it out.

Foolish me for thinking this was a deal! Foolish me for not be a native of TN and not knowing the pickup locations required an Uber ride to reach. Silly me for thinking that the sightseeing portion would provide me with enough time to see the attractions I paid for. The bus/tour guide was extremely and the buses were late , crowded and standing room only! I called customer service and spoke with Anna, who finally agreed to letting me reduce the number of attractions and therefore receive a portion of a refund! Bus service are 9-4 and realistically, that makes it difficult to enjoy the sites. Make sure you read the fine print!

I purchased this sightseeing pass...

I purchased this sightseeing pass through Viator and experienced issues for almost everything we tried to do. The first issue was with the Grey Line Hop-On Hop-Off bus. They could not find our information and was almost not going to give us our passes. But then I showed her the email and she gave them to us. As a side note, this bus line tour was probably not the bettr of your options. These buses are not double decker and only run until 4pm. And do NOT get off the bus at Music Row. The only way to see the RCA tour is to purchase your tickets and take the bus from the Country Music Hall of Fame. We asked the tour guide on the bus if tours were offered and he told us they were. So we got off the bus, walked a lot, only to find out we couldn't take the tour then. Very frustrating. We tried to use the pass at the Johnny Cash museum but it didn't work there. So I had to go back to the site to see exactly what experiences/museums were included because they didn't provide me with a list upon purchase. The County Music Hall of Fame and the RCA Tour were included. So we went to the museum with our printed/barcoded passes, and of course they didn't work there either. The person at the museum told me I had to download the app and fill in my information. But there was absolutely no communication from either the Sightseeing Pass company or Viator instructing me to do this ahead of time. So there I am, downloading the app in the museum. We did eventually get our tickets, but it was a huge hassle.
