Food tasting tour on a girls trip to Nashville
Jonita_R
, Jan 2021
Kurt was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and informative. The food was fantastic, although it was basically a meat tour. While we are not vegetarians, it would have been nice to have sampled some other foods like pizza, Mac and cheese or desserts. Our trip began with a frosty bushwhacker at the meeting site, then a few stops for BBQ and grits, BBQ with a hush puppy, a beer stop, and hot chicken with broccoli cole slaw and beer. It was a fun tour with delicious food and an interesting tour guide.

Good food and drinks with a twist of local history

This was a great tour, we started the tour with my favorite frozen drink and ended the tour with a glass of wine. The food we tasted in-between the drinks was pretty good too. Kurt, our tour operator was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about the area and provided several suggestions on places we should visit while in town. I would highly recommend the tour. It was a combination of good food, drinks and a mini history of the State and the local area.
