Great Course with good teachers

Today 30/07/2019 we attended, Ghislaine and Philippe, a Neapolitan cooking class at Lucia's. It was a great experience for us, after another same experience in Valparaiso with Chilean cuisine in April Lucia and Francesca were very smily and clear with explanations about Neapolitan'cuisine, Gnochi and Ravioli. It was a pleasure for us to learn how to prepare these delicious dishes We were able to enjoy them by having lunch on site, with a high quality Italian red wine from the region. Lucia finally made us a traditional Italian coffee. Everything was perfect, in the PIAVE neighborhood. We has real discussion on the live in Napoli. Thanks again to both of you.
