The driver was on time. Spoke English (although I speak Italian). Car/Van was new and clean. Got us to Sorrento in no time. One note.. many of the hotels offer pick up service from Naples Airport to their hotel but they are so much more money. Just book direct with Viator.

Our driver was waiting for us at the arrival hall at Naples airport with a clearly labelled sign. On our drive to sorrento he pointed out and explained points of interest to us. This transfer is the perfect way to start your trip with no messing about or concern as to how you are going to navigate to your accommodation on arrival. This was also the most competitive in price that I found- I did a lot of research!!

We arrived after a very bad storm and bumpy flight from London Gatwick many roads from the airport at Naples to Sorrento were closedThe driver was so patient our flight was delayed an hour, his windscreen got smashed by hailstones so he had to get another car and he battled to ensure we got to Sorrento He was amazing a real hero Definitely would recommend If we hadn’t booked we would have been stranded at the airport as no normal taxi would have got us safely to our hotel
