I asked for details regarding transfer well in advance, they told me that the driver would contact me nearer the time. I tried again multiple times to get information regarding pick up, but was given the same answer, and also was told that they hadn’t even found a driver yet and in the “rare” case that they can’t find one, then I would receive a refund. Unfortunately I don’t think that this scenario is rare, as I only found out that the transfer had been cancelled upon landing in Murcia at 8:25pm despite telling them that I needed to know by midday. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.
