Tour was very interesting and covered many highlights of the city and surrounding neighborhoods. In starting the tour however we were dropped at a park where occupants were solely vagrants and not appropriate. Another site could have been chosen. Tour guide was excellent and had a very interesting sense of humor Tour was sept 11 at 100pm. Any questions I had prior to the tour date we’re easily answered by the phone staff. Tour was well worth the price.

Guide was knowledgeable, but we expected a more in-depth/hands-on experience thru the 3.5 hour tour. Covered a lot of ground - but the 3 stops (N.D.Basilica, a neighborhood food market, and (briefly) Mt. Royal did not provide one with the essence of the rich culture of this city.

This was a very disappointing tour! The driver was our guide, and unfortunately he had a speech impediment. So, we could not understand anything he was saying. I am all for the people with disabilities to have jobs, but perhaps a person with speech impediment is not the best choice for the job that requires speaking and communication. We were so looking forward to learning more about Montreal and its history! A very disappointing tour!

Tour guide was hard to understand. We took this tour because it took us to our ship. We got off the bus in the rain and no one knew anything about us getting to the ship. After 30 minutes we go on a small shuttle that took us.

We were met from our ship by a shuttle bus and taken to tourist office where we waited about 20 minutes for the rest of the tour party to arrive. After about 15 mins we were told that we had to change our voucher for tickets in the booking office. The tour guide seemed to be enthusiastic about the sites we visited. However he was extremely difficult to understand and therefore we derived very little benefit from his commentary. I might add that I am not hard of hearing. In fact it was a complete waste of time. At the end of the tour we were put on the hop on hop pff bus and went 2 stops to the cruise terminal. We had more information in 10 minutes from that guide than in the previous 2 hours.

Bus tour was bilingual, French and English. It was extremely difficult to understand his English. I brought this to the driver/narrator's attention. He said it was due to our sitting in the back of the bus. The bus was full, somebody has to sit there. We saw many, many sites. I assumed we would have a tour of a church. But no, we were dropped off a block away, and paid 6 a person to walk through the church which was magnificent. This was a Gray Line tour, vendored by aviator.

We were picked up from hotel in shuttle. After the trip, we were not dropped back to hotel. I kept following up with the crew but they were not able to suggest where and how long we had to wait. I had 2 children 1 infant in stroller and we had to go to our hotel on our own. I will not recommend Viator to any of my friends.

The day was grey and rainy. The first bus had problems.with it's sound system. The second bus was better, but the guide was almost inaudible - hard to say.whether this was a.permanent loss of voice or temporary, however it did make it difficult to hear. The tour ticked the boxes, but only just.
