Bad Experience

That location did not take me to the Everglades, they took me where they wanted me to go. Parking was $30. And the are so unorganized that we had an argument with other customers about who was getting on first. Vibe killer. They were extremely late. It was my worst experience in Miami yet. No one to take too about a refund. I had to Uber back to my room. Just ridiculous.

Was expecting it to be longer than 20-30 min but overall it was good. Only saw 2 alligators but that wasn’t their fault

Took my daughter with me on this tour It was fun and informative. We got to see a very chill crocodile swimming beside the boat. And then we went down and touched a baby crocodile.

Total of 4 hours driving in the bus and 1.5 hours to see nothing in Everglades. Don’t waste your time and money! Not worth it! You will regret it!

The driver was very nice, the airboat ride awesome. Everything was fine, except the customer service who did not tell me the truth about the duration of the tour, although I asked her many times. She lied to me in order to get the sale

Terrible

I think the experience was terrible. They need to put detail into what the trip entails. We spent about an hour on the tour bus because they go to another site to pickup other people, to then drive out 30mins- 45mins to the eveglades. I guess the tour bus was intended to combine a tour with the everglades because they had to incorporate something besides that boring everglades trip. We get there and the entire ride was a half hour, they drove far out to view one tiny baby alligator, then turns around to bring us back and gave us a little alligator feeding show, which was the best part of it, and then put us back on the bus to drive us to an eatery. it was a 6 hour trip in the blazing heat of pretty much nothing. The last everglades i went to was way better, we saw bulls in the water, way more alligators and a few other animals, it was the true everglades. The spent an efficient amount of time allowing us to stop and take pictures during the ride. We were about for a reasonable time for us ro enjoy. We got to hold and take pics with the baby gator after the show. They even had baby bears there and other little animals they rescued. I dont know what this was. I was disappointed..

The ride was great but we only saw one gator in the Everglades. The mini show was not that good too, they should use a mic when explaining so tourists can hear what was being discussed. The food in the food truck was just ok.
