There were 6 of us at the luau. We enjoyed the food and the show. Beautiful setting next to the ocean. Staff was friendly and wanted everyone to have a good time.

I really liked learning stories from Polynesian culture. I enjoyed the dancing and the energy of the people on stage.

Wonderful Show but DO NOT SHOW UP AT 4

The tickets say to show up at 4...DO NOT DO THAT...they don't open the doors until maybe 30 minutes before the show starts. When we showed up early the woman was shocked when I showed her the instructions on the ticket. Luckily the hotel has a beautiful view and a great bar to fill the time. The food was delicious and the show was wonderful.

Very short, not worth the money

We had to wait far too long in line to get in. The drinks were watered down. The food was just ok. The entertainment was not long enough for what you pay. They involved the audience far too much. I am not paying that much money to watch the audience perform.

Amazing Luau! We had the time of our lives!

We were kinda worried going in to this luau after reading all the reviews but we experienced nothing like what other people mentioned. This is our first time in Hawaii and first luau we attended. We arrived at 5:30 and were immediately given a ticket and flower necklaces were put on us, at 5:45 we were seated and dinner was served at 6. The show kept us engaged and entertained the entire time. I believe they got an new MC and that’s who kept the show so lively. Would highly recommended to anyone visiting Maui!

Way overrated

We were told to show up at the show at 4:00 pm. We had to wait until 6:30 pm to enter. The 2.5 hour wait in the hot temperatures did not please anyone. The show was also subpar. The breaks were long between dancers. This show is know for being the longest running show. It should be changed to the longest waiting instead. Not impressed at all.

Food brings it down....

The show, host, and dancers were honestly great. I thought the food was disappointing and not luau like at all. Bugs everywhere...bring a citronella candle! Drinks ok. Vip is not worth it....venue is smaller so all seats are pretty good.

It was ok

Took a long time to actually get in and seated, probably over 45 minutes standing in line. Food was ok, not a lot of options. Show was not too drawn out, just the right length. However, I don't feel like we got our money's worth. The luau we went to in Oahu last year was definitely worth our money and kind of expected the same from this.
