Pick up was on time and efficient and our tour host Enrique was great and very informative. Quite sure pricey when you see cost of ticket but we did get 4 hours in a nice mini bus and a great tour guide

Excellent tour! We found the pick up spot unusual and had to ask the driver to call us a cab when we were dropped off. Henrique, our tour guide, was excellent and Alhambra is a must see!

A really great experience. Enrique, our guide, grew up right next to the Alhambra and knew every last little thing. He was very pleasant, as well. Our driver Miguel was also a great guy. I'm very happy I went with them!

It was an unic experience. I've booked a guided tour, but got a private tour actually. It couldn't get better for me and my daughter, the only guest for this date. We were transferred to Alhambra in a luxurious car, enjoyed the private guidance in Alhambra (soo gorgeous) and the walk in beautiful Granada: perfect timing and treatment in every aspect. Special thanks to our driver who needed to solve a severe technical incident, unexpectedly. He did it calm and professionally, chapeau! I recommend. Worth visiting even outside high seasons.

Great way to see the Alhambra

Great, full day. Early morning pick ups and then the drive to Granada. No guide for the drive, but a very nice driver. Once at the Alhambra, we met our guide and went on a comprehensive tour that enabled us to skip the long lines. Then on to Granada city center where we had two hours to shop, eat, etc... and then back. My pick up was at 8:15 a.m. and drop off was at 7:00 p.m. so be prepared for a long, satisfying day.

The Alhambra is amazing the views are out of this world. The bus driver was great and the tour guide in Alhambra (Enrique) I think is absolutely fantastic. He knows and loves his job. 5 star all the way.

Save your money, book an actual private tour

A few things to consider if you are considering booking this based on our experience. We had been looking forward to visiting the Alhambra for years and this tour really soured the experience. This tour was not a small group, at first we thought it might be since there were only 9-11 in our van. However, we were required to wait once arriving at the Alhambra so the guide could max out visitors and we waited until the others, who clearly booked a different tour arrived so we ultimately were a group of 17 and the guide conducted in both English and Spanish despite us purchasing an English tour so everything took twice as long. We were also required to leave our hotel very early (7AM) and then given 1.5-2 hours of "free time" to explore Grenada. If that's what you're looking for this is your tour, but it seemed like we were just being bused around a lot to be told to wait and then herded on a large tour.

Thank you for your feedback Katie but we are and totally disagree with what you are writing and we must prove that it is not true. First of all you obtained the guided tour service for which you had paid, that is, a SEMIPRIVATE visit WITH A MAXIMUM OF 17 PAX, which are the people who were on your tour. If you wanted a private tour, we have other options that would have been more adjusted to your liking but the price is obviously higher. Secondly, the tour is a guided tour to the ALHAMBRA DE GRANADA and as it is in Granada, we offers a little free time to buy or eat something (1,5h or 2h) but not to make an intensive visit to the city because it is not the tour you booked. All the information we are indicating can be found on the website where it was booked and on your booking voucher. Thank you and best regards IM Team

Expensive but they treat you as a royalty! Mercedec Benz vehicle... The private tour in gardens and Alhambra was just excellent: despite it was 3 hours we didn't notice it was 3 hours because the guide was just Excellent! The only con was that the group of English speaking people from the same country (I don't want to state which) was speaking very loudly after the lunch with presumable booze drinks so I had to say that it is not acceptable in Australia. To their creidit they put the voices down. I understand that the driver had no instruction to this situation: so you have to be the boss next time. I guess this happens all the time, so do not tolerate this kind of behaviour: rise the issue immediatly. But overall, this little thing didn't ruin the jorney! Cheers!

While pick up could have happened at my hotel, I ended up having to drive 40 minutes for pick up, and the driver refused to drop off at my hotel. Further, the address given in the confirmation email was that of a bus station, not the indicated hotel. The guide was very good. Lots of history and information. I could recommend this trip IF transportation is resolved.

Thank you for your feedback but we must clarify that the pickups NEVER occur in the hotels of the customers, as you could check at the time of making your reservation, there was a general collection point for all customers. The driver is not that he refused to take you to his hotel, he cannot take all the clients to them hotels since it is not what you had booked. Therefore, I must confirm that the issue of transport is correctly organized and specified in each of the services we offer. IM Team
