This river cruise is a great way to see London. None of the congestion issues you always have with the tourist bus option. Greenwich was really interesting.

Good cruise but poor customer relations.

The cruise itself was well worth it, very enjoyable indeed. However customer relations were stressed in our case. My wife was told to sit down on two occasions when she stood to take photos. No one else was told to sit down, even though we were all standing at times to take photos. When I raised this with the crew member he proceeded to argue with me about it. Restoring good customer relations should have been easy in this situation, but he failed to take the opportunity and left me feeling angry.

Had some delays but very good experience highly recommend. Small bar is great as you can drink a cold beer on a hot sunny day.

Lovely sail up the Thames.

We loved this trip, we went on the 11:40 boat and the young lad that guided the tour was hilarious and so insightful. The trip back later wasn’t as great, the chap was less informative but still friendly and fun. They say they aren’t professional tour guides but they did really well. Really lovely trip, would recommend
