On the day of your exhilarating experience, make your own way to The Slide, located approximately 15 minutes walk from Stratford underground station. As you approach the ArcelorMittal Orbit sculpture, designed by revered architect Sir Arnish Kapoor, gaze at the frenetic tangle of red cables.

Opt either to take the stairs or a high-speed elevator to the first of two viewing platforms, from which you’ll enjoy panoramic views of London’s iconic skyline. Use interactive screens to locate landmarks including The Shard, St. Paul’s Cathedral, and Canary Wharf, and gain an alternative perspective of London by looking through two shape-shifting mirrors.

Then, once you’ve summoned your courage, don a protective helmet, receive a short safety briefing, and prepare to plummet down the world’s tallest, longest, and fastest slide.

Travel through light and dark sections at speeds of up to 15 mph, wind around the sculpture 12 times in a tight corkscrew, and experience gentle curves and thrilling drops.

At the bottom, enjoy Stratford’s innovative Olympic Park at your leisure.

Adrenaline with a view
, Nov 2021
I thought the slide would be rough and jerky but the journey is smooth. I would recommend for all ages!
Humidity delays slide from running
, Nov 2021
Having to wait 2 hours in 15 min slots as there was too much humidity to run the slide. So it kept getting cancelled retested more delays for 2 hours.
Great experience but would have been good to do it more than once.

Friendly staff and kept up to date on whether the slide was open/closed during poor weather when contacted.
Cancelled at very short notice
, Oct 2021
We received an email 1 hour before our slot to say the slide might be closed. We got no further communication. We had already taken the train to Stratford. I was hugely disappointed. I tried ringing multiple times to find out what was happening and no one answered. I sent emails and messages on social media and nothing. I still have heard nothing back about a refund. Really really disappointed

Great easy service, value for money. First time we used Viator but will definitely use again. Easy contact, easy payment.

It was closed because of a bit of rain. Noone could tell us when it would open. They just expected us to hang around waiting. It cost £40 in train fares to get there for nothing and it will take 7 to 10 days for them to give us a refund for the slide. Complete waste of time.

Great views from the top, followed by the nervous wait before taking the slide to the bottom, great for all ages, my daughter (10) loved it
A lot of fun but the wait was ridiculous
, Aug 2021
Everyone enjoyed the slide but we were so fed up as we waited over 2 hours for our ride. We booked the 2-3 slot was allocated 2.45 on our ticket then we were told they were running late and we were told 3pm. We went up and enjoyed the beautiful view and then we still waited until 4pm before we did the slide. The organisation is terrible. But the slide was fun. Make sure you take snacks and drinks is as we were starving by the end which did effect our family day out.
