Boat Tour Experience in Apulia

Our tour was starting at 11 and after some difficulties we managed to arrive there on time. We get to Dock H and no one was there. We asked 5 different people working on other tours and none of them knew this company. We called at the phone provided and the guy told us we had to find a guy with a white t-shirt. We ask some more people with the same results: none. After a few more calls and more time undeer 32º C a girl appeared, telling us that they made a mistake and the tour started at 10 AM, but if we waited more they would come and pick us up. The boat came at 12:30 PM and we did 90 minutes (our tour was 3 hours) and back to the port. Once there we are told to wait one hour there to wait for more people and then we can start the second part of the tour. The tour was suppose to include snacks and drinks, and they were never offered. The tour is called "Exclusive Sailing Experience Apulia" but forget about sailing, there is no saild, just a normal boat. The tour was supposed to last 3 hours, and took us more than 5 hours, with half of it waiting and waiting. The tour was in "english" but the guy didn't speak much (not his fault, he was so nice and helpful all the time). A complete disaster of organization. Avoid at all cost. It really fells like a scam.
