The take off was fun. But when you catch up to the railbike in front of you, you have to slow down. The 4 miles goes by too fast.

I think they should warn tourists that are visiting Vegas that many Lyft/Uber drivers will NOT drive you to Boulder City, which is about 30 mins outside of Vegas. About Half an hour before my reservation I had requested 2 Lyfts that cancelled on me and got into 1 Uber and he refused to drive to Boulder City. I called the rail station to see about rescheduling or a partial refund and they refused. So a little over $100 went down the drain.

Fun, unique, and enjoyable! Easy to do! Friendly staff. Online reservation made it easy to confirm the experience. Close to Las Vegas and a nice break from all the traffic and noise of Vegas!

We had to cancel to get back to Az for my husband who had a medical emergency. I tried calling no answer tried emailing they claimed they didn't receive it yet I have a picture. Told me cancelation is 48 hours yet Viators site says 24 . Didn't get money back or do tour even though we attempted to contact them numerous times.
