Departure Point

Traveler pickup is offered

This sightseeing tour to the West Rim of the Grand Canyon begins with a hotel pickup in Las Vegas. Hop aboard a comfortable, air-conditioned motor coach equipped with restrooms, reclining seats, video monitors and large windows. Then make the trek east, passing through Joshua Tree forests and the Mojave Desert, and past the famous Hoover Dam and beautiful Lake Mead to the Grand Canyon.

Upon arrival at the Grand Canyon, enjoy hours of self-guided exploring at the West Rim. Hike to the Eagle Point and Guano Point overlooks to take in the amazing views. Visit the Hualapai Ranch for a wild west show and enjoy a delicious hot lunch available from a variety of different outlets (included in tour price). There are many options and a variety of exciting possibilities.

There are also two upgrades to consider during this time frame. First, consider adding a thrilling walk on the Grand Canyon Skywalk, a glass walkway nearly 4,000 feet above the floor of the canyon. Secondly, there's a stunning helicopter/boat ride. Lift off high above the canyon in a helicopter, then swoop down between its walls and land on the canyon floor. Walk around, get an up-close look at the many layers of the interior of the canyon and gain an even greater appreciation of the immensity of this natural wonder. Additionally, enjoy a pontoon boat ride along the Colorado River, looking up at the canyon’s many beautiful colors and stunning rock formations.

Touring the Grand Canyon and the Skywalk

We loved the tour. The driver was very nice and gave us a lot of information about Las Vegas. The only thing I would say is social distancing was not taken into consideration for the travelers. We were seated next to others not in our party. A bigger bus should have been used.

Poor operations and customer service

The bus was almost an hour late picking us up. We had one person who could not attend due to a house fire we called to get one ticket cancelled. It was 22 hours till our trip but they have a 24 hour policy they were not willing to budge on. The Hoover dam portion was closed and we were not notified of this until we were already on the bus.

Disappointed father and daughter

I planned this trip for my daughter and myself which also included a helicopter ride of the Grand Canyon. She was so excited that she called her friends and told them she would send pictures. 20 minutes into our drive I received a phone call from the helicopter pilot requesting our body weight and assuring us we would have a great time. After the long drive there the bus driver informed me that there would be no helicopter ride. I would’ve never took that bus all the way there just to view the Grand Canyon and by the way the photographer who took our pictures was absolutely terrible.

Terrible

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I looked at several companies and selected Viator because it had "...a bus with reclining seats and a restroom". I was picked up by a van that was completely filled. The driver, THOMAS, was terrible. He placed his personal bags in the front seats directly behind the driver's seat. My wife and I had to sit apart, as well as several other passengers had to also. Instead of driving to a depot and off-loading to a bus, he told us that we were driving the van to and from the Grand Canyon and that we couldn't switch seats. Several of us got off at a local Denny's and asked for a refund.

My tour guide Freddy was pretty awesome. The only thing I wish is that he would of explained how the food ticket works a little more. They are very short staff & a long wait. I ended up taking food Togo. He later explained that was one of the problems, but a heads up would have been great.
