It’s extremely hot and dry. Nothing is very exciting except the skywalk. The tour guide is boring, just a waste of time and money. They said they would pick us up at 5, however they showed at 6, nearly an hour late. We have to wait outside while every store is closed and we have no choice but to eat their breakfast. Their breakfast is a snack, too sweaty, the lunch is a cold burger, not our appetite.

Hi, Haiyao! We appreciate your review of our service. We apologize if the free lunch we offered isn't to your liking. We'll make sure to use this as reference to improve the quality of our deli sandwiches. As for the Grand Canyon experience we apologize if the atmosphere is not what you have expected. We would like to ask for your kind understanding that the weather and temperature at the Grand Canyon is not under the Tour Company's control.

The view of the Grand Canyon was amazing. This was the most memorable part of the trip. The tour bus was not what I expected. The description said Coach bus with bathroom we got a sprinter van with 27 ppl on it and no bathroom. The air conditioner in the bus leaked and there was just not enough room for everyone to sit comfortably. Our driver was funny and gave out lots of info but there were times during our travel when he was going 65-80 mph instead of the 45-50mph posted. I know we were delayed do to issues but speeding in a sprinter van with 27 ppl is not a great judgement call. Biggest disappointment was the vehicle they shouldn’t advertise a coach bus and send a sprinter van for an almost all day trip.

We appreciate your review of the tour. We would like to express our sincere apologies for the condition of the bus and I have contacted our charter company with these issues to be addressed right away. Our drivers are certified and always drive cautiously. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so it won't happen again.

well organized and convenient.

well organized and planned trip. the first hour of the trip was taken up with pick-ups for multiple locations this is a plus for the trip as the area is large and having multiple pickups made it a convenient choice of vendor. The guide was thoughtful and checked multiple times that she had everyone with the correct tickets. the sales of additional activities took up much of her time. it would have been nice to have a pre-recorded presentation explaining the sites or describing the intresting points along the route as the ride is almost 2 hours out and two hours back. on the return trip, they did put in a movie which helped pass the time. there is a quick stop on the way to pick up lunch and make a restroom break. there is a bit of a wait at the first canyon stop to get the tickets. The visit to the canyon is excellent plenty of time is given to take in the views as the visitor center is not yet open you don't feel rushed. Double-check with the guide on pick up times and locations as it changes with each stop. wear Sunblock and bring water. When you return you may leave the tour at any drop-off location you do not have to get off at the stop you were picked up at so you can enjoy other locations along the strip at the end of your day.

Awesome trip!

The trip was amazing! Our tour guide was awesome. She told us to get to the skywalk early so we did. We made it in time before the line got long (out of building) and before they closed it due to rain. We are so appreciative for her good advice! The trip was very organized, helpful, and they took care of all our needs! I will recommend Grand Canyon Destinations to everyone I know!! Thank you!!!
