This sightseeing tour to the Grand Canyon begins with a hotel pickup in Las Vegas. Then enjoy the drive east before arriving at the Boulder City Municipal Airport to begin your sightseeing flight. This economical Grand Canyon aerial tour packs a lot into a short amount of time.

Start with a pilot meet and greet, then climb aboard and buckle up in the fixed-wing Vistaliner plane, featuring panoramic windows for the ultimate aerial adventure.

Begin by flying over the aqua waters and sandstone shorelines of Lake Mead, the largest reservoir in the United States, and its place of origin, the famous Hoover Dam, a modern marvel of engineering on the border between Nevada and Arizona. Fly high above the Grand Canyon and Colorado River, passing over West Rim attractions like Guano Point, Eagle Point, and the Grand Canyon Skywalk, a glass walkway nearly 4,000 feet above the canyon floor.

The tour ends with a return flight to Boulder City and a hotel drop-off in Las Vegas.

Save for a South Rim Proper Tour

Without a quick view of The Grand Canyon - quick indeed due observing of lightning!? We aware this happens more than infrequently. The demarcations on the windows make for horrible pics or video. The age of the aircraft is apparent and the less-then-Adequate is Nauseating. The charging for water inside the terminal - which is deserted is robbery. Especially after an hour shuttle ride including multiple hotel stops.

Didn’t happen due to weather.

Well, we were super excited during the 30 minute ride out to the airport, only to be told once we arrived that it was a no-go, due to weather. Not anyone’s fault, but they knew what the weather report was before they hauled us all the way out there, only to send us back and ate up 90 minutes of our vacation. I’m sure the refund to my credit card will take forever, too- which isn’t really cool when you’re on vacation.

What an awesome experience! I've never been in a small airplane before. The Captain made us feel so relaxed and at ease. (And i am afraid of heights). We saw sooo much that could not be seen by car or bus. Very much worth the $ and time. A once in a lifetime event!
