not what I expected
Myree_M
, May 2021
The Zip line it's self was what we expected. However, we did not expect to wait in 7 different lines for over an hour and a half. The experience was paid for, we had reservations, which we didn't make, however, we had to wait in 7 different lines because they could not scan the bar code that was emailed to us. Once we finally got to the ticket line, which again, we already had the tickets, they did not have our name. So we continued to wait. The waiting and all that we had to go through to get to the zip line made the experience disappointing. I will not order through Viator again. why should I, we still had to wait in line.

Overall worth it

The zipline was long and fun! The employees were really nice and helpful. The only negative was the long line in the hot sun. It didn't seem necessary to have such a line when we paid in advance and had a scheduled time to show up.

Really enjoyed the zip line . Just wish it was a little longer. The view is spectacular. We had a scheduled time for 11pm but was lucky to ride sooner. Night time is the best time to ride.

Do not honor Scheduled Times
Virginia_O

We loved the Zipline but the timing was not as scheduled. No notification that they were not open, we are visiting so there were a lot of things for us to do instead of waiting in a long line because you all fail to open on time.

I got confirmation to go ride that morning. So I walked 30 minutes to get there. Only to find They cancelled the days rides because of high winds. I'm for safety but there wasn't even a breeze all day. Inform your riders so there not getting there only to be disappointed.

Long lines to redeem
Shakira_J
, May 2021
The process to redeem your ticket was long and directions were unclear. You had to wait on a long line to redeem tickets which was in the same line as those purchasing. Then wait on another line to the actual zip line. Zip line experience was fun at the end.
