The big bus top deck viewing was the best part. Our tour guide was knowledge, with an easy smile.... if nothing else. However, there was a bit of disorganization in the beginning. One thing that should have been explained from the beginning was tourists/guests should have been told to obtain "the One" card upon entrance to the Circa. Just sharing that could have been explained in the description. Additionally, a complimentary bottle of cold or chilled water should be provided while riding like other tour providers have done given we are in the midst of a heat wave. There was also an unpleasant moment when several untrimmed tree branches hit/smacked several riders in the face while traveling.

The host was rude. He was not funny and very boring. Bus tour scheduled for 7 pm, first bus took off at 6:38 pm. Had a huge party and we were all on separate buses. My entire party decided to not take the big bus back and paid the Uber bc it was a terrible experience.

Did not know you had to wear a mask our tour guide was a real jerk about it so there was people not happy to even start the trip if I could have received my money back when he said get off if you don’t want to I would have on the other hand he was very knowledgeable. The other busses pulling up people did not have masks on, just thinking if he wasn’t such a ass to start it would have been more fun.

This was the worst experience. It was hot and no air conditioner. The tour guide was not funny and it was unbearable to keep the mask on downstairs.

Going to Fremont street and the information from the tour guide. It was very informative. His joking also helped to make the ride fun.
