Roberto arrived early and was very friendly. We had a nice ride and a scenic tour of Rome on the way to our hotel including a stop for coffee and a bite to eat. We highly recommend Roberto as a driver.

We couldn't find the driver, as we walk to the wrong locations as instructed by cruise directors. But the driver was very patient in finding us.
