Return Details

Returns to original departure point
Key West’s original “frightseeing” tour is an evening of fear and fun. It’s a chance to travel back in time to another era. This shadowy, sinister tour departs nightly from the Front Street Depot at the corner of Front and Duval Streets.

Climb aboard the Trolley of the Doomed for an experience unlike any other. Uncover Key West’s darkest secrets and hear the stories of those lost souls who many locals believe still wander the streets of this historic island town.

Your tour will travel past many of the island's most haunted locations ~ the Marrero House, the Porter Mansion, and even the Hanging Tree! Of particular interest will be the former home of Robert Eugene Otto, aka the Artist's House. There, imprisoned in the attic by Dr. Otto's wife, Robert the Doll suffered the abandonment of his lifelong companion, and his mischievous ways took a more sinister turn.

Come with an open mind and see if any ghosts appear on this frightful, fun ghost tour. It’s a ride on the dark side.

I went in the day time which made it less scary but it was still very interesting. The speaker and the driver were extremely nice. I also have a video of an orb while recording on this trip.

We have done this tour many times. We brought our friends who never came to the Keys and wanted to do a Ghost Tour. We were not happy with the guide her acting wasn't as good as others in the past, aND had We known that we couldnt see Robert the Doll we would not have booked the tour. We won't return to this tour anymore

After being on several ghost tours in various cities our expectations may be a bit high, but this was not a very good tour at all. If you're looking for a tour that just has stories of how people have died on the island, then this is for you. If you're looking for actual, documented, or perceived paranormal activity then this will be a huge let down, plus our guide didn't seem to really want to be there, then again I would be highly irritated if I had to give a speaking tour on an open air bus wearing a mask. I also didn't appreciate the "if we have to talk to you 3 times you will be removed from the tour" speech before the bus even left. How about save that part for when someone starts acting stupid instead of lecturing a bus full of adults. Save your money and time unless you're absolutely bored and need something to do.
