was harassed by worker

Was great until one of the workers Steven said he "had the right to harass me" while hooking me up to the zipline. I felt extremely uncomfortable by this comment. Other than that everything was great the other workers were great. Steven was just a pervert.

Renee and Stephen were awesome! Renee made us all feel very secure and Stephen took off the initial nervous edge for first timers with his humor. Both shared information about plants, landmarks, places to eat, etc. Thanks for a fantastic day of adventure!

Really nice zip line. Staff made it excellent!

I've been on zip lines in many places (Costs Rica, Philippines, etc). This one was nice, but certainly not on the caliber of those monster zip lines. If you're a novice or mid-level zip line junkie, you'll really enjoy these. High level zipline junkies will enjoy the views and some reasonable speed. My top end (@ 180#) was 45MPH. Not too shabby!

Staff ( Mateo and Renee) were very professional. They explained everything that was going to happen. They gave us history about the trees and the area. And they were very funny! And the zip line itself was a lot of fun! I definitely recommend the zipline!

KYLA AND SEAN ROCK!
Trevor_G
, Jun 2021
This is an awesome experience. Other zip lines are fun but short, this one has 8 lines, the last of which is half a mile long. What’s better is the views while you’re up there are incredible. It’s no wonder Hollywood shot so much of Jurassic World and other movies on that property. Because there are so many lines on this course, you get the chance to try all types of tricks and riding styles if you dare; upside down, spinning, laying flat, or just sitting normal and enjoying the views. The zip lines are also safe for kids; we had two children around 7-9 in our party and the guides went with them tandem when needed. The equipment was in good shape and you felt very secure while going down the lines. Our guides, Kyla and Sean, were AWESOME! Kyla was extremely sweet and considerate of all the guests and did a great job handling all than harnesses and directing all of us. Sean was hilarious and full of awesome facts about the location we were in. They both were able to have a lot of fun and create a pleasant experience while still being professional and keeping us all safe. They also were careful to properly instruct anyone who wanted to do the tricks so they could be done safely. I would HIGHLY recommend this experience. I’d bring a small backpack with some protein bars or small snacks. You’ll be with about 8 other people or so and the whole thing takes about 3hrs on the whole course. Wear hiking shoes or running shoes, you hike just a little bit. Bring bug spray, you’re up in the mountain where there is no bug control. They bring water for you so you’ll be fine there, unless need more than a 20oz being outside for that amount of time.
