Due to visibility Blue Hawaiian cancelled our flights post safety brief. Each interaction with them up to that point was positive, including their offer to reschedule or fully refund our booked trip. I appreciate their willingness to ensure my party and I would have a positive experience where we could see the waterfalls and various sites around the island, rather than taking our money, and taking us up in the helicopter, but not being able to see anything. Our hotel concierge, who actually works with Blue Hawaiian was able to find us another flight on a different day with a different company due to Blue Hawaiian being completely booked until our departure date

Rainbows, flying into crater and the scape of Mother Nature.. Recorded many small clips from inside the chopper to provide depth of field on the scape of the depths of the volcano

Awesome tour and Chelsea, our pilot, was very knowledgeable and an excellent pilot. Her and the whole crew were very friendly and professional. Loved flying into the volcano Waialeale and probably my favorite if I had to choose. Helio was new and state of the art and fairly quiet. Outstanding tour and adventure. Thanks!

Dishonest seat assignment
Stephen
, Jul 2021
Getting charged an extra $200 to sit in the front of the helicopter when the other folks who joined us already checked in and declined the option. We had the two seats anyway but we got duped into paying for seats we already had. We were told everyone gets a window. Not true. All seats are good though. Do NOT pay extra $100 per seat to sit in the front! You probably already have the seat. Great trip, book directly thru Blue Hawaiian and save more $$$. Do not use Viator. Had several issues with booking online with them too. Confirmed reservations and then told declined the next day and rebooked without picking a time. Book direct and you should be good.

Helicopter ride on Kauai.

Great experience, amazing beauty. Our pilot was Mark. The only thing- the pictures near the helicopter being sold for 40$), srsly!??)))quite unethical way to make more money to what was already paid for the ride). That was unpleasant).

Smooth ride

Tour was as advertised. Beautiful country and pilot has plenty of local knowledge to explain all aspects of the land. Helicopter ride was smooth with little to no noise due to the comfortable head phones you wear. Cant go wrong with this tour.
