3 Day Petra and Wadi Rum tour from Jerusalem

Very poorly managed tour. They don't know who is going where, took off without making sure that everyone is on board, cut program short on the last day so people had to take public transportation to hotel because too much time to wait for the next pick-up...just to name a few. Very chaotic during the entire 3 days. Worst managed tour and tour operator ever in my 10 year's experience with Viator.

The problems: - 40 minutes late in pickup location in early morning downpour rain - a flat tire on the road to Petra, causing scare and a one hour delay on the road - tired bus driver and no tour assistant for most of the time on the road or during the trip - No communication in the bus or on the tours from the trip organizer - a 5 hour wait in Eilat to get another group to share the same bus, making a 5 hour trip back to Jerusalem a 10 hour ordeal to arrive at 1 am rather than by 7 pm as scheduled - Disrespectful tour guides - Only 5 minute introduction at Petra for a two-hour site tour - Putting strangers in the shared tent in Wadi Rum - unexpected payment of $30 per person to get heating in winter-cold camp at Wadi Rum - Overall, an utterly disappointing trip with suffering and hardship

A agência em Israel se enganou no início com o pacote que tínhamos comprado. Após uma ligação da Jordânia para a agência em Israel , tudo foi resolvido. Achavamos que a cada parada ia dar algum problema , mas tudo dava certo. A agência da Jordânia tem uma capacidade muito grande para resolver problemas inesperados. A agência de Israel possui uma funcionária que fala português que facilita a comunicação. De qualquer maneira recomendo ligar um dia antes do passeio para a agência de Israel confirmando todos os detalhes.
