We spend a nice day
Nicole_R

Our driver, Mustaf, did a great job. Pick up worked well, he offered to answer our questions and pointed out a few interesting spots to tell us about. As we were the only ones on the trip we were able to choose how long we wanted to stay at the sights. The sights were really beautiful and we therefore spend a great day. Furthermore the communication with the company was really fast and helpful.

Need more time

I thought the young man who was our driver/guide did a great job, however, the amount of time given at each destination was not enough to appreciate the sites fully. If there had been an added 1/2 hour at each stop, it would have been much less rushed and more enjoyable.

Hello and thank you for your feedback
this tour is a public tour , the time for all site is by the tour that you order and checked before many times.
each company that makes this tour make it with the same time, we will happy if you will change your feedback to 4 stars at the list as nothing from what you wrote here gave the correct feedback for this tour

In the description of the itinerary it that the following were included:
-WiFi on board
-Tour Guide for all the Tour
the bus was a dirty old minivan with flies, with no wifi, and the tour guide was just the driver. While other groups had guides explaining the wonders of Masada, our driver said there is nothing to see there, and rushed us to be back by 1.5 hr. It would be enough if we just went up the cable car, took a selfie and took another cable car back, without soaking in the majestic history of the place. Very disappointing. Next, we only had time of to visit the David Waterfall at the Ein Gedi. We had to go in, plan our own route to be back in time. I wanted a tour guide so I could avoid this. The hiking path was steep and quite dangerous to go alone, after the waterfall and it would be impossible to spend more time.
Finally, at the Dead Sea, we were dropped off at the Neve Midbar beach. Upon arrival, we had to watch a 5-10 min presentation about Dead Sea products before entering, and again the driver rushed us to end the tour early before we entered the beach, before even had the chance to get a feel of how much time is needed. I said we already rushed the other two places so we could spend more time at the final place.
Response from Host , Dec 2019
Dear traveler, We apologize for the experience of the trip.
A trip to Masada is a tour without a guide and was mistakenly defined as a guided tour,
Since the tour is not guided, there is a fixed amount of time at each site where you can decide on the route you want and the convenience of using the cable both in and around it. The habits route is intended and open to the public and does not require escort.
The days were a bit windy and rainy, which sometimes created in some ways lack of internet reception.
If you contact us on the day of the trip or at the end of the trip, we would be happy to integrate you with one or more of our trips, but I believe you have already left the country.
We will be happy to give you a 15% discount on the trip and at the same time improve the site tour rating against the experience of the place itself and the itinerary which is accurate and strictly adhere to the route listed on the site.

Great Day

We had a "just right" day on this tour. Our driver was very accommodating but also kept us on schedule without scaring us to death with crazy driving. We all felt very safe and comfortable. The schedule was well designed to give us just enough time at each attraction and they were well planned so we ended up at the resort at the Dead Sea where there was time to relax and enjoy a nice buffet and the fun of the sea and the resort. Our driver brought us back to our apartment so we didn't have another leg to the trip to get back home. Very nice.
