Working with Ayhan was awesome. He was a super accommodating and chill host. The pace for the evening was great. We were happy with the different types of dishes eaten as well as the walk through of the different neighborhoods. There is a good amount of walking (to burn off the calories). This was an amazing trip and very good value. The size if the tasting were very generous in fact we couldn't manage to eat at the last 2 places but was kindly given a takeaway. A delightful and personal experience tasting a variety of foods around the city (Spice Bazaar to Taksim Square). Be prepared to walk! I did get a break from the hill up to and down from Taksim Square by taking the trolley, etc. which added to my introduction to Istanbul.
