This was truly a great experience. I was traveling with 2 kids and was afraid that this will be a problem. But Bekir our tour guide was extremely helpful and flexible and helped us to make this a memorable vacation. I had missed my flight and my luggage got lost, but Bekir has made all the arrangement to make up the time lost and personally followed up with the airlines to deliver my luggage to the hotel. I have never seen such great service. I highly recommend this tour.

The guide was extremely helpful and courteous and the scenery was simply amazing. Unfortunately the weather was very windy and we did not get our balloon ride, which was a bit disappointing, but overall, it is definite must go. I would definitely recommend this tour for the money's worth
