Beyond dissapointed

The online system was having issues when we tried to order our 6 passes. I tried twice and BOTH times it told me there was an error and it didn’t go through. I waited ten minutes and checked my email multiple times to verify it didn’t go through because each charge was going to be almost $400. Nothing showed so we decided to not get a pass. TWO HOURS later we got emails saying that they did go through. I immediately canceled one to request a refund. Half an hour later I got an email saying I would be contacted in 7 days. We decided that since we had bought the second pass set, we decided to use it. We drove to Kemah, only to be informed that the set of passes didn’t work. So we had to purchase ride passes for the kids. I verified that it was NOT the set of passes that we were requesting a refund for. I immediately requested a refund for the second set. I was looking through the cancellation policy and I am quite nervous that I won’t be able to get a refund for nearly $800. If we don’t, I will be contacting our credit card company. I realize our experience may be a one off, but there are several comments and reviews similar to mine.

Didn't realize I couldnt go do this stuff so I threw away almost 300 dollars . Thanks for not letting people know everything is closed or shut down. Lots of wasted time and money.

Too long of lines to try to use
Carole_W

Picked wrong time to come. Stood in line to bracelet at Temah Boardwalk for 25 minutes. Was spring break and only two ticket areas were open. Saturday the 14 Zoo has been closed down. So stood in line again to get into natural history museum. Only place you do not have to stand in a crazy line to try to use so far is NASA.

Wish I could have gotten a refund.

We did not get to use any of these passes because of a death in the family. A refund would have been nice, but we had already passed the time for refunds on the day of the death. We had to turn around in Galveston and come home on the same day that we arrived.

I'm very sorry about that. For tickets purchased from citypass.com, we have a 365-day refund policy for unused products, but unfortunately that does not apply to other sellers, who have their own refund policies.

Only advantage was saving money, you still have to get in the long lines to get tickets. It was actually a longer presses to use our ticket book than is we would buy tickets at the door.

Good variety of attractions. We took in NASA, The art museum, the children's museum, the natural history museum, and the aquarium The only thing I would suggest adding to the pass is something for parking in the museum district.

The address for the Houston Zoo is...
bob_monk

The address for the Houston Zoo is incorrect on the sheet that we downloaded. We had not got our booklets as of yet. The zoo was to be the first place we visited. This is were we would get the booklets. You show on the sheet that the address is 6200 Golf Course Dr. This is in the West part of Houston and miles from the correct location. We spent over 2 hours trying to get to the right place and had to drive many miles out of the way. This was a very bad mistake to make and cost us time and money we did not have.
