TANCHOU ARE AMAZING.

This trip was the highlight of our trip to Japan. Terry ,our guide was very knowledgable about the area and the cranes. We were able to see cranes in 5 different locations: not only at feeding stations but also where they sleep in the river, living on the farm and some lone cranes close to the railway line. This trip was amazing. Thank you all so much.

This is a very nice trip. The Japanese guide could speak good English. Detailed stories of the marshland and the red-crowned cranes were tole by the fabulous guide. Everything was smooth. If the trip could cover more spots would be perfect. The cost of the trip may be a little bit costly. However it is highly recommended to go by guided trip in Hokkaido winter . You will be for sure have peace of mind. Since the marshland there is in the countryside, to schedule buses for the area may cost lots of time and you may encounter some difficulties in a snowy cold winter .
