Awesome day around Hobart
MARLENINA_V

We had a great day with Gareth. Apart from the Bonorong sanctuary, Richmond and Mt Wellington visits, he added a stop at a winery and a whiskey distillery after I mentioned being keen of those places. Highly recommended!

thank you very much for your kind review! Gareth has a passion for sharing this beautiful place with our guests. While continued border closures are unfortunate, it means that our pre-set tours are quite tailored given we are still running tours with two people!

We had a great day. Well organized and very easy communication. We visited Mt Wellington (and seen the first snow of the year!) after we went to the Tahune airwalk. Our guide Gerard was lovely and full of knowledge and information about the area. Highly recommend their tours.

Manon thank you for your review. We are glad you saw the first bit of snow and enjoyed your experience! Tassie weather is unpredictable but that's just one more element we love about this amazing place!

The driver changed the plan by taking us to his house to pick up a couple who arrived last night in his B&B accomodation to drop off to the Mona museum which wasn’t part of our tour at all. Then he stopped for an hour and half in the wildlife and 2 hours at Richmond which was more than the planned time perhaps to be back at the Mona museum again on time for the other couple to be picked up. He then took us to the Mt Wellington at 3 pm ( not to mention our tour was for 5-6 hours and we were supposed to be back before 3pm and had some other plans in the afternoon) - we wanted to leave the tour but Mt Wellington was the reason that we took this tour so we decided to stick to it otherwise it would have been an absolute waste of time for us. We got to our hotel at about 4:30 pm and missed out on our other plan. Overall not happy and won’t recommend

Hi Rose. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have addressed this with the guide concerned. I find it very concerning that this has happened as it certainly does not meet our quality standards. Please contact me at 0407331618 to discuss further if you need.

Perfect Day

This was a perfect way to experience Mount Wellington. Breathtaking views. Bonorong Wildlife Park is an awesome opportunity to have up close interactions with the animals. And Richmond was a beautiful little historic town with lovely cafes. The jail there was very interesting. Our driver/tour guide was very friendly and helpful. Because it’s such a small group he’s very happy to move at your own pace. We never felt rushed. We thoroughly recommend this trip. It was perfect!

Thank you for your kind review Peter. We agree that one benefit of small tour numbers is moving at your pace!

A wonderful day

We were the only people on the tour and the driver still put in the effort to make the day interesting . My Wellington was good to us - no cloud, Richmond was glorious - sunny and warm, and Bonorong was fascinating with its stories and delightful rescued babies we saw.

Thank you so much for your review! We genuinely appreciate your business following the disastrous COVID period!
