With more than 20 attractions and sights to choose from, you can prioritize the ones that interest you most. Once you get to them, there’s no need to pay, just flash your pass for entry.

Learn about the history and happenings of Hamburg, the economic center of Germany and its second largest city, as the bus rolls along from one location to the next. Hop-off at any of the attractions for entry with the pass, then hop back on when it’s convenient.

Take a harbor cruise or step aboard a historical steamship for a journey down the Alster River, or get a great overview of the city’s best sights with a hop-on hop-off bus tour.

Browse exhibitions at the Rickmer Rickmers museum ship, visit Holsten Brewery or wander around Hamburg Museum. Other notable attractions include Rabatzz Indoor Playground, Panoptikum Wax Museum, St. Pauli Kiez Museum and the city’s landmark Baroque church, St Michaelis.

The workers were so unfriendly! We have traveled throughout the world and they are the worst we have encountered anywhere! They were extremely rude. I would never go back to Hamburg or go on these buses!

Really disappointed with the 2 day city pass. We had issues trying to access the hop on bus on our first morning as the ticket must be collected from the dock area which is in the small print but trying to find out how to get there was a challenge and then the bus is not red as stated but is blue and yellow! When we asked for English commentary the guide was very sarcastic and proceeded to talk in a Downton Abbey accent so we decided to get off the bus in the hope we would have a better luck the following day as we had thought the hop on hop off bus would be valid for both days but this was not the case so we only actually used this part of the pass for an hour. We did use the pass for local transport but with limited German this really is difficult we went to 3 different information offices to get advice on the pass and not one was able to assist us. We visited St Michael's Church but the voucher doesn't include entrance to the crypt. The HVC tour is just a small museum tour stadium tour is in German and lasts 90mins and is an extra 6E We arrived at the Dungeons just after 10am to be told we were to late to join the only English speaking tour of the day but the staff were really friendly and were able to give us directions. If the boat cruise is in German you may as well get the free boat around the port which we did. Overall we were so disappointed with the pass it didn't feel like good value at all to us bearing in mind how cheap public transport is in Hamburg. Do not buy!

The trip itself was good, with harbour cruise, bus tour and visits to museums. The setup with Viator was not very good. WE did not get our Hamburg City Pass in our inbox. After my second call to the local agent, she mailed med the Pass's. We spent a lot of time figuring out how it worked!! Next time I will by my City Pass on location. Anyway, Hamburg is a very nice place - and friendly people.

I had an amazing time in Hamburg with the Hamburg City Pass. After my booking I got the voucher of the company Turbopass with the ticket. Everything went very good, used the transport ticket all the time and I only had to show the voucher at the attraction and had a lot of fun. My favorite part of the trip was the tour in the Hamburg habour, this was included in the pass. I'm pretty sure everybody could have the best time in Hamburg with the City Pass, a lot of stuff is in the pass.

Hop on hop off Bustour auf dem oberen Deck. Hafenfahrt und Alsterfahrt im Außenbereich der Schiffe, geführte Kieztour, Michel da war es allerdings extrem windig uvm. War super aber auch mega anstrengend :
