Unique experience to try atleast once. No personal items including cell phones are allowed on your walk. I expected the photographers to capture amazing photos... they were not good. I kind of liked 2 out of the 15 taken. Tram lines to and from each section are unorganized leaving people to fight for a spot and getting on the bus. View on the Skywalk breathtaking.

We had no trouble at all with our outing. It was absolutely breathtaking and easy to take shuttles from one site to the next. The only thing was that if you have your tickets on your mobile device, you are unable to access them at Guano Point. Thankfully I had taken screenshots of each ticket, or else we would not have gotten our lunch that we had paid for with our admission ticket. There is wi-fi at Eagle Point and at the main Visitor Center.

Eagle point and Guano point we're awesome! The Skywalk was a water of money tho. Can't take your pen photos. You get the best photos on the edge. Just watch your step.... It's a long way down... Definitely worth the drive out from Vegas

The attraction is breathtaking. The views are great. You will have a lot of amazing photos. However, we spent an hour trying to get Grand Canyon West to honor the tickets. Apparently they are not familiar with viator and the tickets would not scan. After an hour on the phone with viator representatives the tickets still would not scan. we ended up having to re-purchase the tickets. Obviously, the tickets are more expensive when you purchase in site. We lost money by using this site. To add insult to injury, we have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. We were told that they need to "verify" that the tickets were not used despite the fact that the Viator customer service was literally on the phone speaking to the Grand Canyon West agents, in front of us about the tickets not scanning. Go direct to grandcanyonwest.com to purchase entry and skywalk tickets.
