This activity will end right where it started.The meeting point is the map of steel front door of the Alhambra, near box office. You can climb on foot, in the C30 or C32 bus, taxi or the tourist train. Your guide will be carrying a white umbrella with logo "Nhue". You should be in the meeting point 15 minutes before starting time.

- Your entrance ticket is valid for the Nasrid Palaces, Alcazaba Generalife, Palace of Carlos V, and the Mosque Baths
- This is a small group tour, with no more than 20 adult aprox
- Once you are assigned to a group, it is not possible to change the language or the starting time of your tour unless Nhue Concierge staff has communicated you previously.
- Please note: the Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises.
- Please wear flat shoes that are comfortable for walking
- Near public transportation
- Aim to arrive 15 minutes early, so the tour can start on time
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Travelers are required to wear personal masks and observe social distancing during the experience (1,5 mts)

Our guide, Antonio, was very knowledgeable and kept the tour a fast-paced, interesting tour. There was ample time for breaks. The grounds were spectacular and the view was stunning! Special thanks to Antonio, for recommending the local favorite of fried eggplant and sugar cane sauce, and pointing out a cute cafe. He is obviously proud of his heritage.

A must see location. Nono. our guide, was excellent.
If possible, be sure to also go to San Nicholas to get a view of the Alhambra at night (8-10pm is best). Take a taxi there (difficult up hill walk) and walk back to town. No guide is needed for this - it’s simply to get a view of the Alhambra and is a must-do experience.
Last minute time change, zero notification

This was the most frustrating thing. We arrived at our tour location to meet our guide at 8:30am only to be informed that our tour time had been arbitrarily changed without any prior notification to 12:00 PM. This was impossible because we already had train tickets to Cordoba at 3pm which means we needed to leave by 2:00 pm. Our timed entrance to the palace was 1:30pm giving us no time to actually see and enjoy the palace.
The tour operator was no help at all. The only option available was for her to give us our entrance tickets so we could at least walk through things before our train. We walked through everything but barely got to our train because of the many tour groups blocking paths to walk through the palace. I would never book a tour with this operator again. The only thing they told us was to contact Viator and that we wouldn't get any refund even though we never actually got a tour.

Edu was an amazing tour guide! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He kept both of our teens engaged throughout the 3 hr tour. I especially appreciated the audio that helped us hear him, since even when we were walking between sites he provided interesting and relevant info (that we could still hear even when we fell a little behind). This tour was among the best I’ve taken. Great way to experience the Alhambra!

Fantastic! We had guide Juan Jos and he is one of the best guides I have ever had.
He was fun, enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable and you could see his love and passion for the Alhambra and Granada. Having him as a tour guide made this experience many times better.
I would highly recommend this tour if you are wanting a guide of the Alhambra (General Life, Nasrid Palace and Alcazaba).

It was our 3rd visit using this company this time with family and as ever did not disappoint. Eduardo the guide was very interesting, informative and helpful. He saw towards the end my husband who has COPD was struggling and showed us seats in the shade where we could sit just missing the last little bit of the tour. At the end he found us all a taxi.
