We had a great time on this tour. Our guide, Peter, was awesome and gave us more history about the city. Wish we could have spent more time there but so many other things to see in Germany. Highly recommend.

It was the worst tour, i have ever taken. I paid 33Euros for this 2 hour trip which was to start at 1PM. The tour started at 1.30, we rode the bus around the city for about 40 minutes and were taken to st. pauls church for 20 mins, and then left free to roam in the city centre. I would not recommend this trip for even 3 EUROS.!! @Viator - You guys should take it off your list too.

Great tour when you have a 6 hour layover

Fun, quick and no hassle. The tour DOES NOT start from the airport. You need to take an Uber (find out if Uber is legal during your time of visit, laws can change overnight) to the designated place listed on your uber ticket (electronic or paper). Peter was the tour guide and very friendly and knowledgeable.

You get on the bus. The driver welcomes you and tells you that you will see Frankfurt. Not another word for the remainder of the trip. No narrative and no information. Bus was clean

This tour was okay. Our tour guide was nice and knowledgeable, but he wanted to hurry through everything so that I could not stop and get any souvenirs. I recommend just doing the hop on and off bus pass instead. We only had half a day to tour Frankfurt, and too much time was spent on the financial district rather than the historical parts. I really wanted something from City Hall which is there really pretty part of the original town.

The tour provided a good overview on the historical background of the city. Our guide, Peter, knew the city well and the walking tour was great. Thank you.

A big problem was getting to the tour's starting point. On the other Viator tours transportation was more or less provided, here I had to pay 40 euro for the taxi from airport to the tour office, where the tour started. There is a train that goes from airport directly there and the ticket is 5 euro, but you have to know about it - this was disappointing. The tour itself was fine - they show you around the city on the bus with no roof, it's a pretty good view from there and you can make better pictures than through the bus window. Then we walked around the center, saw the old city and new buildings recreating the old architecture. It's a pretty short tour, but that's what you pay for.

Bus tour was a good way to quickly see lots of places in Frankfurt but wasn't the greatest tour I'd been on. Still, probably a good option if you're crammed for time and want to see a bunch of different things. Also, the Viator directions say that either an electronic or paper copy of the voucher is acceptable however, I had to argue with the bus driver for a few minutes to let me on the bus because I only had the voucher on my phone. So I'd recommend figuring out a way to get a paper copy.
