We happened to be the only (three) people of the booked tour with Viator. Our guide, Alla, gave us an unforgettable visit to the Palazzo Vecchio. She explained art, architecture, history and people connected to the building and she gave us valuable answers to all our questions. We strongly reccommend Alla as a guide, and we strongly reccomend exploring Florence in very small Groups.

Our guide Alla was super nice an gave some great background about the 'old palace', tour around the old home of the Medicis. Unfortunately, the tower and corridor to the palazzo Pitti were closed off. Overall great experience and engaging guide.
