Friendly driver was waiting for us as we got through customers. He carried the bags and chatted briefly to us as we settled then left us to chat among ourselves. A couple of times he pointed out some landmarks. The car was new, clean and comfortable. He called ahead to the hotel so that when we arrived the staff were waiting for us and took our bags etc. All together a totally first class experience - friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Worth the cost. We actually did the train to Florence and managed fine. However, I was concerned about the return journey. Pick up arrived promptly at 8.00 and we were outside Pisa airport by 9.00 am. Would definitely recommend.

Our driver was Marzio. He was terrific. During the drive from Pisa to Florence he pointed out some sights, he gave us a little lesson on the difference between trattorias and restaurants and he mentioned some sights in Florence not to miss. We really enjoyed him and he made the drive enjoyable.
