The tour guide makes the experience! She taught us traditional tuscan recipes and we enjoyed a very relaxed day cooking, drinking wine and good conversation with all the staff. We would highly recommend this go with the flow day.

I would recommend this attraction. The people were so lovely and friendly. It was very personable. Valentina our cooking teacher was great. Made fantastic traditional food and drank the local wines. The level of service they provided l couldn't fault.

What a wonderful experience! We Happened to be the only 2 in this class. Which added more to the experience of this cooking class on a Tuscan farm. We ate the food we made along with delicious cheese and wine. A Lovely interperta was there to help with the translation. The views and the people of the farm were amazing
Amazing Tuscan Experience!

This class was by far the best part of our trip to Florence. We were picked up and taken to a gorgeous vineyard in the Chianti region. It turned out that we were the only two people that had booked for the day so it was a very close, family like experience. We met Roberto, the owner of the vineyard, Manuela, our guide / interpreter and Anna-Maria, our chef. We learned to cook a pork roast, fresh pasta and tiramisu. The food was wonderful but the company was phenomenal. It felt like we were visiting with our Italian cousins, so welcomed and comfortable. On top of everything the location was absolutely gorgeous. It looked like a post card, up in the hills with miles of green in every direction. I would highly recommend this experience, you'll love it.

We booked the lunch and dinner experience. We were very disappointed. My daughter and I were the only two in the class. The farm described as rustic is actually a poorly maintained farm. The food was bland. Our guide and teacher is not actually a chef. It was 5 hrs before we actually had a first bite of food. We began at 10am. We had a bit of the pasta and meat we made at 3pm along with a wine tasting tour that came by while we were cooking. We did very little cooking. We did a lot of waiting around while things were being organized but actually we believe Ive our guide was going out to smoke. He would come back smelling like smoke. We ate the pork we supposedly cooked but there was no way the sauce and meat that we made was ready in 45 mins. After after 6 hrs we were going to be dropped off in nearby town for an hr while they prepped to serve us dinner then come back and eat. We were full from lunch, no way we could eat again so soon. We cut our losses and asked to be returned to Florence which they accommodated. It was way to expensive for the 300 it cost

I was very disappointed with this cooking class. We only made 3 things and the sauce we used on our homemade pasta was left over from the day before. When I complained they let us make a very bland tomato sauce that was just tomatoes and onions cooked in olive oil. This was definitely not worth the money we spent. The farm house and cooking area was just ok. I have been on a lot of Viator tours and this was the first time I was completely disappointed.

We absolutely loved this tour! Leonardo Leo, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable about both cooking and Italian culture/history. It ended up being just my husband and I on the tour so we had a private cooking class...not to mention all the wine to ourselves! -. We ended up making a pork dish, tagliatelle, and tiramisu. Hand-making pasta is a workout, and Leo pushed us in a very fun way to make the best dough possible. We ate our delicious dishes with Leo and Roberto the owner of the farm and one of the tour assistants. The farm was rustic and beautiful and the owner made sure were well taken care of. Thank you Roberto and Leo for allowing us to experience Tuscan farm life. Sign up for this tour if you can!

What a great experience! We got a chance to go out into the farmland outside of Florence and spent the day making delicious food. We made pot roast and fresh pasta, then tiramisu for dessert - such a fantastic lunch! It was fun and truly relaxing to spend the day at a rustic farmhouse sipping wine, cooking, and eating. Our guide Leonardo picked us up directly from Florence and spoke great English. He was very helpful and guided us through the whole process even though we were by no means expert chefs, then emailed us the recipes after the class when we reached out. I actually made the tiramisu again the other day for the first time since coming home, and it was amazing! Would absolutely recommend - it was a real highlight of our honeymoon!!

One of the highlights of our trip to Italy! We were taught how to prepare various Tuscan dishes including a pork pot roast, two kinds of tiramisu, cannelloni, and lasagne. We were also treated to snacks and wine and had a lovely meal with our guide who was entertaining and knowledgeable.
