Overall great day

The train was an awesome way to go to the Grand Canyon with plenty of time to walk the rim trail. We went on the Arizona train car where Alexander attended to our snack boxes along with beverages. He was very informative and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Would highly recommend purchasing the first class ticket.

Would be nice to have someone at the Train as you get off the Train to answer questions where things are at ? Alot of New folks to the Grand Canyon didn't know where to go .. as we followed alot of folks not knowing where to go to see the Canyon.. but after looking for the big Hotel El Tovar you knew it was that way... LOL.. but oh well !

Given wrong departure time

We got to the depot at 8:50 am. Thought we had plenty of time since we thought the train left at 9:30am. as stated in our reservation. We were told that after Nov. 1 the train left at 8:30am. We had no notice of this and the day before we got an e-mail from your company stating the train would be leaving at 9:30am. The man at the depot was kind enough to have someone drive us to the Grand Canyon and we took the train back. I called your company and they are supposed to get back to me in 7 to 10 days. We will see.
