Day trip to mostar

We had a great trip to Mostar. They picked us up right at our hotel . We learned alot about their beautiful country Our tour guide was also a kindergarten teacher so she was very informative. We highly recommend this tour.
A wonderful experience

This tour was a very good chance to see a bit of Bosnia and to learn about the history and culture of this country in a very comfortable way. The guide and the driver were excellent! They made my experience enjoyable. Despite of my late booking the night before, the Viator agent and the tour organizers made arrangements to pick me up at my hotel. The weather wasn’t the best (I took the tour on November 6th) but because it was out of the high season, we didn’t waste time due to traffic and border checks.
Mostar and more....

Tiana our guide did a great job explaining the history of Mostar and the conflict in the 1990’s. she also explained well the daily lives of Croatians; educational, health systems, employment etc.

Fabulous and entertaining

From the moment we were picked up at our hotel we felt welcomed. The amount of information the tour guide gave us was just right. It was clear, education interspersed with humour. I would, however, recommend the maps she used should be laminated so she could hold them up for us to see better as it was fascinating to see how the borders worked. It would have been nice to have a little more time at the waterfalls to explore however it was all doable. The tour guide in Bosnia was also great. Her sense of homour also came through along with plenty of knowledge. Again just the right balance. Hearing about the bridge and how life was in .Bosnia not that long ago was eye opening. The locals are fabulous people. Thoroughly recommend this. Very well worth the cost! Thank you to our driver and two lady tour guides.

Loved our trip to Plitvice Lakes. Our tour guide was friendly and full of information, and our driver was awesome too. Definitely recommend.
Beautiful Bosnia and Herzegovina

A fabulous mix of nature and city life. The guide around Mostar was excellent. Be prepared for 3 border crossings there and back, but this doesn't detract from the day.
Good day trip!

My friends and I went on this day trip with Select Dubrovnik on 23 Oct. I was very happy with their prompt responses when arranging hotel pick up. The minibus (new, comfy and good airconditioning) arrived on time and we had no issues when crossing the three borders. Many thanks and kudos to our guide and driver for their good service. As I had a good experience with this day trip, i booked another day trip with Select Dubrovnik to Montenegro 2 days later. If you only have time for one day trip from Dubrovnik, I recommend Mostar over Montenegro as it's more interesting.
A nice peek at life in Herzegovina.

This is a a quick tour of Mostar and Kravice falls. The guide is good in explaining the importance of the bridge, the little details about the Turkish House. A little background on Bosnian life. The ravages of the last war and so on. Kravice Falls was refreshing and very pretty. It would have been nice to take a swim, but the water is very cold. I want to also mention the tour operator, as they were gracious enough to allow us to reschedule our tour at the last minute. We had a wonderful time on this tour.

The excursion was well organised. The mini bus was clean and cosy, our guide Petra was kind and had all the needed info about sites and locations. Also the local guide in Mostar was well informed and really took care of the whole group. Maybe the visiting hour to Kravice Waterfalls was too short (50 mins). The only negative was that our driver was in a hurry and driving too fast over the speed limit!
Informative tour
