This little tasting was very nice...

This little tasting was very nice. We were the only couple, so it was very personalized and relaxed. The five samples of whiskey were all good, the chocolate samples were good, however, the cheese was outstanding. Our tasting guide was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and since we walked from pub to pub, we got to see a bit more of Dublin. I would highly recommend this tasting.
