Exceeded my expectations. Informative guide and captain. Plenty of Manatees to see and even 2 babies that came up to see us. That was unexpected.

Our boat crew of Tricia & Wade were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Even though they are out there every day several times a day, they seemed genuinely just as excited as us to be out there with the animals. They knew the different animals that were in the area and where is best to look for them so we spent very little time looking and lots of time watching Manatees.

This was an amazing experience! We almost didn’t schedule this with all the other things to do in Orlando. So glad we did. IT WAS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE!!! Wade and Trish were great. Everyone was friendly from the moment you arrive! The actual swim was beyond words. Trish would guide and direct you to where you have the best views of the Manatee’s. They took some awesome pictures of us with the manatee’s. Thanks for the memories. We will be back again!

Trip was canceled by the company about 2 hours previous because the other couple canceled and they wouldn't take the boat out for one person, which l understand. They did offer to try and find me another company but l was not able to due to scheduling conflicts. Hopefully next time 😊

This was a great tour. The captain and our guide worked to make sure we saw manatees and had a good experience. They were both knowledgeable and very personable. I am glad I went and would recommend this to others who want to see the manatees up close. I had also considered a clear kayak tour (with a different group) and am glad I chose this instead. Some of the kayaks went by while we were in the water and I am sure they could not have had the view we were having. If I could change one thing, I would have opted for a later tour, since I was driving in from out of town. But that's on me.

The staff is great and very knowledgeable!! The experience doesn't take place in a protected reserve as we thought, but it was quite fun and enjoyable. We saw a momma and her baby, then a large adult that was quite friendly.
