Best part of our holiday! Not the most incredible fish but still plenty of them to see and our guide and skipper were both lovely. The photos are such a big plus, would definitely recommend!

Really worthwhile experience. Well looked after by the crew at omega divers, they made it a personal experience for us. Availed of the hotel pick-up which was excellent and on time. Comfortable boat, special mention for Emma the diver for her top class knowledge about the area and wildlife we saw and Kristoss the skipper for an excellent day! We will be back.

It was horrible because we never got picked up for our excursion! I tried to call them and was told a different location. That location Was so far away to us we would never make it. I wrote in the note section a specific place to be picked up.
They claim they did not get that note.

We do regret the fact that we have not been able to welcome you to our programs, due to the lack of correct scheduling.
We have taken your comments under serious consideration and have therefore gone through our company profile and booking form on Viator:
Visiting the platform, you may distinctly find detailed information on our programs and the services provided, where it is clearly stated that the Hotel pick up and drop off is provided within the region of Chania.
On the booking form, the customer is requested to fill in the pick-up location, so that we can schedule the service and reconfirm the exact pick-up point and time.
Unfortunately on your reservation, there was no pick-up location filled in. So, we have sent you our exact address, assuming you will be coming in your own car.
However, on your arrival date, around 2 hours before the program starting time, you have informed us over the phone that you are in the region of Heraklion, which is approximately 2,5 hours drive from Chania, waiting for your transfer.
As you understand, even if we provided transfers between different regions, it would not be possible to schedule that for you at that time.
We completely understand your disappointment after missing the program, but we believe we have followed our reservation confirmation procedure, as we usually do with all our guests, in order to provide them with exemplary service and quality.
Although unpleasant circumstances may always occur, we are confident enough that we are trying with each guest to enhance our standards and provide the best service and do hope to be able to have you in our programs sometime in the future!
