Charleston's Best History Walking Tour

Very much enjoyed all the historical facts Cooper knew so well. Lots of information about civil war history and information about slavery which is not commonly known. Also learned about the local architecture.

Chuck is an amazing guide. We learned so much. He is telling the story in his full context and bringing a new vision. We spent 3,5 hours with him. As an extra at the end, he gives you tips for local restaurants and bars which tasted. They were excellent. One of our best historical tour ever 👍👍🤗🤗

We all had a good time. Great knowledge and charisma. Worth every cent. The kids had a great time standing where George Washington was. Gave us an appreciation for the history and architecture of the city.

We were fortunate in being the only 2 guests for this tour, given by Cooper. The tour was nothing short of spectacular. It made our trip. Cooper has a wonderful sense of humor and encyclopedic knowledge of Charleston's history, even as far back as how the city was formed in its intertwining with the British. Cooper spent a great deal of time with us, and there was no question he was unable to answer. With his restaurant recommendations in our hands upon leaving, he assured us we were "like family" now, and asked us to call him if we needed anything.
