We collect all our passengers, we have two daily schedules, the schedules vary according to the location of each hotel. If your hotel is in the Hotel Zone of Cancun, Downtown, Isla Blanca and Puerto Morelos, you must select the transportation option from Cancun. If your hotel is in Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya to Playacar you must select the transportation option from Riviera Maya and if your hotel is between Puerto Aventuras, Tulum, Akumal or Bahia Principe you must select the transportation option from Riviera Tulum.

Great experience but felt rushed

The experience was fun and the staff was great. However, my group and i felt rushed the whole time and the activities were only about 15-20 minutes. This package would be great if the activities would be longer.

This is our first time experience we're so impress it's very good. Our guide of the horses ride he is great explained with clear instruction if you follow his instruction the horses ride will became very easier. The only make me very upset is the photos packages which supposed to include this horse ride photos which we expect to have it but they've not include to be aware do not buy the photos packages with them other than that overall I recommend it

The activities were fun and very exciting. However, I will ask that in the future, you inform customers that tips to the shuttle driver and excursion hosts are not included. We were told by the shuttle driver that the hotel was sending mixed messages about tips being included and they were not be compensated for their service. Since they are a third party service, they make a lot of their money off tips. It made things very awkward going forward and put me in an uncomfortable position. Otherwise, everything else was fun and enjoyable.
