Awesome trip and it was my first time snorkling and so was my daughter. She loved it. There are lockers and beautiful showers and changing rooms in the rear of the building.

The day we were scheduled to snorkel the water was rough. They offered to reschedule because the clarity of the water was poor. We accepted the rescheduled day. They picked us up on-time and the experience was wonderful. My future wife had never been in the ocean and getting to share the experience with her was priceless.

We booked this tour because our previous snorkel tour did not give us much time to snorkel. The details of this tour says it is a 3 1/2 hour tour. That time must include travel from hotel and back as well. Our tour was scheduled for 12pm. We were picked up at the hotel at 11:15 and was back by 2:30pm. The staff and boat crew were very good and accommodating. The snorkel tour guide was funny and informative. We were in a small group of 6. We did go to 3 different sites but only spent about 15-20 minutes at each On the positive side we did get to see some turtles and other fish that we did not get to see on our first snorkel tour with a different company. Overall the tour was good but wished we had more time to snorkel

Scam, bad team, lie about experience

Trip was a total loss and the company was fraudulent. They wouldn't allow anyone to swim without a lifejacket on...since when do you snorkel with a life jacket on. I then asked for a refund and they said yes, then rejected it when I submitted via this website. Viator also didn't honor the refund and stole the entire cost of the trip from me. They tried to give me a $25 for a future tour, which I rejected. I will never book with Viator or this company ever again. AVOID BOTH AT ALL COSTS!

We didn't get to go because the shuttle showed up early and didn't call or text or anything . Tried to call but. Their phone was shut off. Received an email saying they waited for us an hour later. NO COMUNIICATION. DON'T TRUST THEM.
